The Belaire Place motel styled apartments are just 50 metres to the fabulous safe patrolled Bulcock Beach, just a minute to the sand and the ocean! The new Esplanade and Boardwalk at Bulcock Beach are fantastic, and it’s an easy stroll through Happy Valley to the famous surf beach at Kings Beach; for the more energetic keep going and take the coastal path round to Shelly, Moffat, Dicky and Currimundi Beaches too! Add that to the fact that you’re only a two minute walk to Caloundra CBD, Bulcock Street, and the Bus Transit Centre – what better location could you want? With so many nearby restaurants, cafés, shops and being so close to Caloundra Events Centre, why would you choose to stay anywhere else for that perfect relaxing holiday?

Most apartments have a double sofabed too so they can comfortably accommodate couples and small families alike! The only real decision you have to make is what kind of view you would like – the fantastic holiday location means we are able to offer a range of standard Belaire Place apartments, partial water view or full water view apartments. The choice is yours – views of Bulcock Beach, Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, Golden Beach or the Glasshouse Mountains are yours for your holiday if you want them!

ACCESSIBILITY:

They have apartments for everyone including one apartment that has been specifically built to cater for wheelchair users or guests with mobility problems. This apartment is exactly the same as all the other apartments except it has a bathroom with a walk-in, no lip, shower with grab handles and removable showerhead, grab handles around the toilet, a shower/toilet chair (upon request), and a removable ramp to allow access to the balcony.
