Blue Agave Mexican Cantina was opened by Wayne and Karen Carrett in May 2016. It has been a long time dream to bring the flavours of Mexico to the Macarthur Region. Wayne worked very closely with our Executive Chef Arturo to ensure all the dishes and flavours were fresh and traditional.
Blue Agave Mexican Cantina source all of the fresh ingredients from local suppliers and all of the dishes are made on premise. They strive to bring you great atmosphere, traditional Mexican flavours and a wide range of Mexican Beer, Tequila and of course don’t forget the Margaritas.
