Parent’s Room
Box Hill Central offers two Parent’s Room to make your shopping experience easier. Facilities include change tables and private feeding areas. The Parent’s Room at the North precinct is 5-star accredited by the Australian Breastfeeding Association, it also includes an interactive screen to keep toddlers entertained.
The Parent’s Room are located at the the rear of the food court in the North precinct and in the corridor next to Petsway in the South precinct.
Free Wheelchair Hire
Wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge, however bookings are recommended. Please call Centre Management on 9843 3900 to place a booking.
Disability Room
Two full divisibility rooms are available, one on the lower level North and one on the upper level north at the back of the food court.
