Concierge desk:
The friendly concierge team are available to help you with directions, store information, lost property, transport, parking information and more.

Accessible services:
For mobility-impaired customers, they offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact concierge to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.

For your convenience, you will also find disabled parking at the centre entrances.

They offer complimentary validation parking to customers that hold a disability permit, meaning a total of 3 hours of free parking every visit. Please register your disability permit at the concierge desk and a member of our friendly team will register you to receive the complimentary validation each time you shop.
Once registered, simply take your parking ticket to the concierge desk during your 3 hour stay, and they will validate your ticket.
