Utilising the best of local produce and traditional spanish cooking techniques, the menu at añada offers shareable tapas, charcuterie, paellas, chef’s tasting menus, and more.
Based on the peasant fare of southern spain, you can expect to find obscure meats and offal prepared in creative ways that enhance their flavours served alongside more traditional paellas and montaditos.
