Coaching Zone is the Future Of Fitness and is also hosted at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre! The Coaching Zone offers Group Personal Training and is perfect for people new to exercise or looking to achieve their health and fitness goals. Coaching Zone is a full service support program which uses MyZone heart rate technology to monitor its clients to work to their appropriate intensity levels ensuring they get results faster will minimal risk of injury.
