Baileys Motel takes the utmost pride in providing the guests with high quality motel rooms that are comfortable, clean and affordable. The rooms contain a Queen size bed and/or twin single beds, fridge, microwave, digital TV, Internet, air-conditioner, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, toaster and kettle. They also provide rooms with a stove and oven, as well as rooms with full wheelchair facilities.

- The pool is available to all Baileys Motel guests, and is open from the months of September to April (inclusive) every day from 8am till 7pm. Please note that there is no life guard on duty, so all children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Baileys Motel has ample on site ground level parking for our guests. They understand that a lot of the clients need to drive their cars to get to Baileys, but unlike most places around Perth, they do NOT charge our clients to park their car with us.
- Want to get out and about? The free cat bus service will take you anywhere you want to go around Perth, any day of the week. There are 2 cat bus stops located 50 metres from Baileys Motel.
- Located on site, our guest laundry consists of a coin operated washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing board and iron.
