The Birkenhead Point Brand Outlet Guest Services Desk is located on the Level 2, near The Shed Cafe. The Guest Services Desk is open during the following hours:
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 10am – 5.30pm
Thursday: 10am – 7.30pm
Friday: 10am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Sunday: 10am – 6pm
Public Holidays: 10am – 6pm
Free Justice of the Peace Service:
The free JP Service is available Wednesday – Sunday by appointment only. Please contact Guest Services to make an appointment.
Security:
Security are on site 24 hours to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Please do not hesitate to approach Security for assistance at anytime.

The bathrooms are located on the following levels:
- Ground Floor near the Food Court
- Level 1 behind Lindt Cafe
- Level 1 near Witchery
- Level 2 near Gazman
- Level 3 near Muffin Break
- Level 3 behind The North Face

Parents Rooms:
Parents Rooms can be found on the following levels:
- Level 3 near Muffin Break
- Level 3 behind The North Face
The Parents Rooms are fitted with private feeding areas, change tables, nappy disposal bins, microwaves and toddler-friendly toilets.
Children’s Play Area:
They have three play areas for children aged six and under, and can be found on the following levels:
- Level 1 opposite Sandler
- Level 3 near Muffin Break
- Ground level opposite Jean Louis Joseph Deli Cafe
