Welcome to Black Cow Bistro, an ‘up market’ steak house from the local Stillwater team located in the historic Art Deco Luck’s butchery shop in Launceston, Tasmania.

Black Cow showcases premium, aged, free range, grass fed, artificial hormone free Tasmanian beef. Dishes are designed around fresh local produce and served in a warm bistro style atmosphere alongside premium Tasmanian wines with some full-bodied reds thrown in for good measure.

Located on the corner of George and Paterson St in the Launceston CBD, Black Cow specialises in Tasmanian Beef with a small but carefully picked wine list. Reservations are strongly recommended.
