Coolum at the Beach offers fully disabled-compliant one bedroom apartment accommodation. The one bedroom disabled compliant apartment is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair-friendly. It offers a spacious layout with a fully modified bathroom with wheel-in shower, shower curtain, raised toilet seat, handrails and fold-down shower seat. The layout of the apartment is extremely spacious and designed for easy wheelchair access with lower kitchen benches and modified kitchen cabinetry. The apartment also comes with an allocated disabled car parking space which is located right next to the basement lift. The apartment has a fully accessible timber deck off the main living area.
