Don Camillo is Hobart’s longest running restaurant. Established in December of 1965 it has seen many a trend come and go and is still a highly regarded dining experience amongst the locals.
Offering a modern Italian menu with a dynamic mix of hearty dishes and light meals with an accompanying wine list of Italian and Australian wines as well as local, and an atmosphere of intimate dining.
