The Henry Jones Art Hotel is a fusion of history and modernity, art and design, indulgence and discovery. Australia’s first dedicated art hotel, The Henry Jones merges one of Tasmania’s most significant industrial heritage sites—H. Jones and Co. Pty. Ltd. IXL—with modern design and contemporary art to create a luxurious accommodation experience.

Every individually designed room and suite at the Henry Jones possesses its own character, and tells its own chapter of the Henry Jones story. Historic and contemporary qualities are finely balanced—original heritage features are celebrated and complemented by innovative design elements, hand cut sandstone walls hold compelling works of modern art, and rough-hewn timbers frame sparkling views of the harbour and city.

The Henry Jones Art Hotel also offers three (3) accessible units with permanent ramp to unit and designated carspace available.

• Bed raisers available.
• Bathroom is large and has no hob into shower. Shower chair, hand held shower, lowered hand basin 800mm from floor & lowered mirror. Toilet bowl 460mm and toilet rails available.
