The Macedon Wine Room is situated in the Macedon Ranges Hotel and Spa complex and overlooks Mount Macedon, surrounding valleys with views back to Melbourne. They are motivated by a desire to support the local wine region and the menu reflects the seasons and local produce.
The Restaurant offers modern dining and they pride themselves on the food and extensive wine list featuring regional wines. They aim to create a memorable experience based on a union of wine, food and views. The Wine Collective is the regional cellar door showcasing the wines of the region. Tastings are available daily along with wines by the glass and a grazing menu. They are happy for visitors to enjoy the full dining experience or just a glass of wine in the wine tasting space.
Visitors can gather information about the wineries of the region, pick up a tourist map and they also have a small retail space with gifts for the discerning wine lover.
