Upon entering the formal entrance to the house you will be greeted with a formal Balinese garden with the enormous verdant pond. Open plan living/dining areas are adorned with an open plan granite kitchen, stone carvings, wooden shutters and expansive glass windows suitable for tropical living yet adequately equipped with air-conditioning and built-in fans.
Two bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. All bedrooms open to private courtyards and enjoy plentiful sunlight and garden breeze.
There is a main bathroom which opens to a private courtyard with water fountain while the main bedroom has an ensuite with an enormous marble bath also opening to its own private courtyard with water fountain.
The swimming pool is oval shaped 12 metres in length equipped with a spa for relaxation. The swimming pool overlooks a pristine tropical garden featuring an exquisite collection of orchids which has been designed to blossom all year round. Tucked away is a mature fruit orchard and vegetable garden which will supply you with complimentary delicious fresh produce.
Foxtel is available for your entertainment on a plasma built-in TV screen in the living room as well as from your devices such as IPhone or Ipad. There is strong Wifi coverage throughout the house and a wifi printer with its own USB for your use in the well equipped study off the main bedroom.
A laundry is fitted with an additional shower adjacent to the swimming pool. There is also an open air drying area, iron with ironing board as well as an electric clothes dryer for your domestic needs.
They have acquired substantial sculptures, paintings and other artwork for your enjoyment and for that WOW factor.
