Pull up a chair alfresco and soak up warm rays while pondering a Mod Oz menu brimming with colourful and healthy options, such as carrot and chickpea pancakes with sweet chilli jam, whipped feta, poached egg and herbs; while those straight out of the surf may be tempted by a slow cooked pork burger with housemade pear relish, crisp cabbage, fried onions and brie. Evening diners can twirl a fork around dishes like salmon and prawn linguine in a dill and white wine cream sauce.
