The Rhodes Waterside Customer Service Desk is located on the Ground Floor, near The Coffee Club. The friendly team will be able to assist with directions, in centre services and events.
Disability Services and Facilities
Rhodes Waterside has facilities and equipment to assist customers with limited mobility to make their way comfortably around the centre.
Mobility Equipment
Motorised scooters and manual wheelchairs are available as a complimentary service from the Rhodes Waterside Customer Service Desk, located on the Ground Floor. Upon hire, our Customer Service Team will take a copy of your current Driver’s Licence or Photo ID and contact number.
Courtesy Carts
Rhodes Waterside now offers shopping carts for hire from the Customer Service desk! You can hire a cart, fill it up with your shopping and take it home to unpack. Once you’re done, simply return the cart within 48 hours
