That means: Free range meats (RSPCA approved) & eggs; A seasonal menu with salad greens that includes herbs and vegetables grown and harvested from Shotgun home garden; Avoiding non-ethical products when possible (we’re looking at you palm oil!) and Sourcing great local produce.
