The team of international chefs have created a menu with constantly evolving and inspiring dishes boasting an extensive menu of fresh fish, seafood and alternatives for the non-seafood lovers.

The Fish Emporium prides itself on serving the freshest seafood on the Gold Coast sourced from Australian and New Zealand waters. They endeavour, wherever possible to use sustainable sources ensuring that all the fish is of the highest quality. With the introduction of the live seafood tanks, amazing crabs and lobsters are showcased proving how fresh seafood should be served.
