The Watergrill Bistro Restaurant has been designed with a warm & contemporary feel encompassing premium views, modern surroundings, extensive menu choices that are seasonally updated at value for money price points.
The balcony seating offers panoramic views of the Harbour Bridge and Lavender Bay. However, the most important aspect of any restaurant is the quality of food and service, and we are justifiably proud of both.
Menu
The menu is based on the principles of using high quality raw local ingredients, along with the best of ingredients imported from around the world, freshly cooked and presented by our head chef and his team with care and attention. There is a wide selection to choose from, including fresh fish, char-grills, a la carte selections and special set menus.
Bookings
You can book a table at the restaurant from min of 8 guests to a maximum of 40 guests. However, we do not take bookings on the balcony. The outdoor terrace is used on first in, best-dressed basis.
