ACCESSIBLE SERVICES:
For mobility-impaired customers, they offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact concierge to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.
For your convenience, you will also find disabled parking near shopping centre entrances at Burwood Rd, Shaftesbury Rd and in the middle of each carpark level.
They offer complimentary parking to customers that hold a disability permit. Please register your disability permit at the concierge desk and a member of the friendly team will register you to receive the complimentary validation each time you shop.
Once registered, simply take your parking ticket to the concierge desk, and they will validate your ticket.
