For mobility-impaired customers, they offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. You can hire these services from the Valet Suite on B1, simply drive in from Logan Road (entry next to Office Works) on B1 Green car park to pick up your mobility equipment.
To hire a mobility vehicle, you will need proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport, driver’s license or proof of age card. On presentation of these, you’ll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that’s done, you’re ready to go.

They offer free parking to customers that hold a disability permit. Please present your valid disability permit and parking ticket at the concierge desk and a member of our friendly team will validate your ticket.
If you’re a frequent shopper, you can register for a disabled parking token. Simply present your valid disability permit at the concierge desk and ask for an application form. The team will then issue you with a parking token that will allow you to validate your own parking ticket at any Westfield Garden City pay station.

All the restrooms have a wheelchair accessible toilet and on Level 1 near Just Jeans and Rockwear, there is an accessible toilet with an adult change-table and transfer board.
