Accessible services

For mobility-impaired customers, we offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact concierge on 0240162571 to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.

For your convenience, you will also find disabled parking near Level 1 fresh food, or by entering via Lexington Parade (at the first entry opposite the Shell station, go up the ramp and park near Snap Car Wash on Level 2).

We offer free parking to customers that hold a disability permit, meaning all day free parking every visit. Please register your disability permit at the concierge desk and a member of our friendly team will register you to receive the complimentary validation each time you shop.
Once registered, simply take your parking ticket to the concierge desk during your visit, and they will validate your ticket.

All our restrooms have a wheelchair accessible toilet. Restrooms are located on Level 2 in the Food Court, Level 2 behind Sheike, Level 1 near Woolworths, Level 1 behind EB Games and on The Rooftop behind Zeus.
