To ensure all the customers can navigate around the centre with ease they offer the following services to assist with accessibility.
CONCIERGE DESK:
The friendly concierge team are available to help you with directions, store information, lost property, transport, parking information and more.
ACCESSIBLE SERVICES:
For mobility-impaired customers, the offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers . The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact concierge on 3882 9672 to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.
For your convenience, you will also find disabled parking near the Fresh Food Marketplace, Cinemas and Woolworths.
They offer complimentary parking for any customer that holds a valid parking permit.
Simply bring the permit or a photo of both and front and back of the permit, along with the car REGO number to the Concierge Desk and the team can set up a complimentary disabled parking account.
This will allow the permit holder (if in car registered) to have unlimited parking whilst in the centre and simply drive out when they are ready to leave.
