Description
Yang & Co is a 40 seater restaurant and bar located in Castlecrag, New South Wales. They specialise in what they call “Australian Asian” cuisine, that is, Modern Asian food using local and sustainable produce, and they cook in ways that brings back memories of the myriad of Asian flavours they grew up eating in Australia. They cook seasonally, and they always have daily specials to reflect them – follow their Instagram to see their unique and exciting creations.
They work closely with local artisans who hold an identical culinary ethos of sustainable quality and excellence; meat from the butchers at Castlecrag Meats (Ex-Becasse and Hudson Meats), the freshest seafood from Cleanfish Australia to freshly baked breads and pastries from the neighbourhood bakery, Ganache Patisserie.
The Wines and Spirit list is curated by Ben from MOREISH WINES, also a Castlecrag local, who has fashioned a drinks menu that is predominantly Australian to elevate your dining experience at Yang & Co.
